David Oden
Executive Board Member
David Oden is an experienced financial executive who has worked in the restaurant business for more than 30 years. David joined InfoSync as President in 2004, where he has helped direct the company’s operations and marketing through a period of tremendous growth.
Prior to joining InfoSync, David was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Texas Land & Cattle Steak House where he raised private equity, closed on senior debt financing, and oversaw human resources, information systems, accounting, risk management, purchasing, marketing and administration.
David was also Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Silver Diner, Inc., and helped take the chain public. David was also Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary for publicly held Pancho’s Mexican Buffet and later, as a Director of the company, he served as chair of the audit committee and helped negotiate the company’s sale to a private investor. Previously, David was a Manager with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in their Emerging Business Services Group.
David earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He retired as President in December 2020 and remains an active member on the Board of Directors.

Dale Hoyer
Chairman
Dale Hoyer is a seasoned senior executive with over 35 years of business, financial services, and restaurant experience, including over 20 years of experience leading business process outsourcing companies. Dale joined InfoSync as Chief Executive Officer in 2006, where he has directed the company through a period of tremendous growth.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Dale was Senior Vice President of Accenture BPO Services. Dale was also the co-founder and President of Franchise Services Company, formerly the largest multi-unit restaurant accounting outsourcing firm, which was subsequently acquired by Accel/KKR and McDonald’s and then by Accenture.
Dale has also worked in the restaurant industry as Corporate Controller for Pizza Hut Inc. and directed an initiative of providing accounting services to Pizza Hut franchisees. Previously, Dale was a Senior Audit Manager with Ernst & Young serving a diverse group of public and private clients in the restaurant and financial services industries.
Dale earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University.

Bob Rowe
Chief Executive Officer
Bob Rowe is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years’ experience managing companies specializing in professional services’ outsourcing. Immediately prior to joining InfoSync, Bob was the Chief Executive Officer of Integreon, a global company providing business and legal outsourcing solutions with seven offices and over 3,500 employees worldwide. Bob was also the Founder and CEO of Nextra Litigation Solutions, a company providing outsourcing services to legal professionals that was successfully sold to Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), where Bob served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director overseeing its Legal Practice Division.
Bob joined InfoSync as Chief Executive Officer and board member in May 2022.

Karthik Krishnamurthy
Chief Transformation Officer
Karthik Krishnamurthy is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in business operations, financial and technology services. Karthik joined InfoSync as Chief Transformation Officer in 2021 and is responsible for analyzing InfoSync operations and implementing strategies to meet growth and financial objectives.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Karthik worked for a variety of global companies primarily in the application software, technology services and office equipment manufacturing industries. Karthik’s roles in leadership as a CFO and Transformation Officer have led him to be successful in leading key initiatives driving sustainable, long-term growth and designing and creating operational improvements leading to measurable results. Previously, Karthik was an Assistant Manager with KPMG serving clients in the Information Technology Industry.
Karthik earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management from the University of Bangalore, India.

Bob Robison
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Robison joined InfoSync in operations as Director Accounting & Senior Controller in 2007 and was promoted to SVP of Accounting in 2014. As SVP of Accounting, Bob plans, directs, and administers functional activities related to treasury, accounting, and financial analysis for the company. He is also involved with capital and operational budgeting and long-range planning. Bob’s 15 years of operational experience providing outsourced accounting services to restaurant companies allows him to bring a deep level of operational perspective to the SVP of Accounting role.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Bob worked for Accenture BPO Services and Franchise Services Company as a Controller providing outsourced accounting services to restaurant companies. Bob has also worked for Koch Industries as a G&A cost analyst. Previously, Bob worked at Pizza Hut, Inc. as a Division Controller.
Bob earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wichita State University.

Joshua Bartel
Vice President Data Analytics & Technology Solutions
Joshua Bartel, an experienced IT professional, has been working in the outsourced accounting business specializing in building business intelligence and reporting tools for restaurant operators since 1998. Joshua joined InfoSync in 2006 and has been integral in forming InfoSync’s web products and building the Information Technology Team and IT infrastructure. As Vice President Web Development, he is responsible for setting the product road map and priorities for web development and managing the reporting relationships with Clients. Joshua is responsible for the architecture and development of InfoSync’s RightViewWeb reporting tool.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Joshua was the Director of Business Intelligence for RSM McGladrey, FPO, where he worked to create vendor relationships as it relates to data gathering and Business Intelligence initiatives. Previously, Joshua was Director of Information Management of Business Intelligence at Franchise Services Company.
Joshua earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.

Charlie Debbrecht
Vice President FAO
Charlie Debbrecht joined InfoSync in operations as Director Accounting & Senior Controller in 2007. As Managing Director FAO, Charlie oversees outsourced accounting services and overall client relationship for a portfolio of InfoSync clients in the Wichita office ranging from quick serve restaurant franchises to large company-owned brands.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Charlie worked for Accenture BPO Services and Franchise Services Company as a Controller providing outsourced accounting services to restaurant companies.
