Executive Board Member
David Oden is an experienced financial executive who has worked in the restaurant business for more than 30 years. David joined InfoSync as President in 2004, where he has helped direct the company’s operations and marketing through a period of tremendous growth.
Prior to joining InfoSync, David was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Texas Land & Cattle Steak House where he raised private equity, closed on senior debt financing, and oversaw human resources, information systems, accounting, risk management, purchasing, marketing and administration.
David was also Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Silver Diner, Inc., and helped take the chain public. David was also Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary for publicly held Pancho’s Mexican Buffet and later, as a Director of the company, he served as chair of the audit committee and helped negotiate the company’s sale to a private investor. Previously, David was a Manager with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in their Emerging Business Services Group.
David earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He retired as President in December 2020 and remains an active member on the Board of Directors.
Dale Hoyer is a seasoned senior executive with over 35 years of business, financial services, and restaurant experience, including over 20 years of experience leading business process outsourcing companies. Dale joined InfoSync as Chief Executive Officer in 2006, where he has directed the company through a period of tremendous growth.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Dale was Senior Vice President of Accenture BPO Services. Dale was also the co-founder and President of Franchise Services Company, formerly the largest multi-unit restaurant accounting outsourcing firm, which was subsequently acquired by Accel/KKR and McDonald’s and then by Accenture.
Dale has also worked in the restaurant industry as Corporate Controller for Pizza Hut Inc. and directed an initiative of providing accounting services to Pizza Hut franchisees. Previously, Dale was a Senior Audit Manager with Ernst & Young serving a diverse group of public and private clients in the restaurant and financial services industries.
Dale earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University.
Chief Executive Officer
Bob Rowe is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years’ experience managing companies specializing in professional services’ outsourcing. Immediately prior to joining InfoSync, Bob was the Chief Executive Officer of Integreon, a global company providing business and legal outsourcing solutions with seven offices and over 3,500 employees worldwide. Bob was also the Founder and CEO of Nextra Litigation Solutions, a company providing outsourcing services to legal professionals that was successfully sold to Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), where Bob served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director overseeing its Legal Practice Division.
Bob joined InfoSync as Chief Executive Officer and board member in May 2022.
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Robison joined InfoSync in operations as Director Accounting & Senior Controller in 2007 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2014. As Chief Financial Officer, Bob plans, directs, and administers functional activities related to treasury, accounting, and financial analysis for the company. He is also involved with capital and operational budgeting and long-range planning. Bob’s 15 years of operational experience providing outsourced accounting services to restaurant companies allows him to bring a deep level of operational perspective to the Chief Financial Officer role.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Bob worked for Accenture BPO Services and Franchise Services Company as a Controller providing outsourced accounting services to restaurant companies. Bob has also worked for Koch Industries as a G&A cost analyst. Previously, Bob worked at Pizza Hut, Inc. as a Division Controller.
Bob earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wichita State University.
Chief Transformation Officer
Karthik Krishnamurthy is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in business operations, financial and technology services. Karthik joined InfoSync as Chief Transformation Officer in 2021 and is responsible for analyzing InfoSync operations and implementing strategies to meet growth and financial objectives.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Karthik worked for a variety of global companies primarily in the application software, technology services and office equipment manufacturing industries. Karthik’s roles in leadership as a CFO and Transformation Officer have led him to be successful in leading key initiatives driving sustainable, long-term growth and designing and creating operational improvements leading to measurable results. Previously, Karthik was an Assistant Manager with KPMG serving clients in the Information Technology Industry.
Karthik earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management from the University of Bangalore, India.
Senior Vice President, Client Relations
Dan Brannan is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of restaurant and financial experience. Dan joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in 2004 and was responsible for managing operations and service delivery during the company’s initial growth. Dan then led the company’s strategic initiatives surrounding business systems before moving into his current role leading InfoSync’s FAO services team.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Dan served as Vice President, Finance, for Texas Land & Cattle Steak House. Previously, he was a founding employee of Fishbowl.com, Chief Financial Officer of Austin Grill, and Chief Financial Officer of Silver Diner. Dan was also an auditor with KPMG serving a diverse group of public and private clients.
Dan earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
Senior Vice President FAO
John Barker is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience. John joined the company as Senior Vice President FAO in 2022 and is responsible for managing operations and service delivery. John leads the company’s FAO team delivering client services, setting and achieving its strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining InfoSync, John served as Global Delivery Leader for TMF Group where he transformed the global service delivery organization instituting operating standards, enabling technology, account management strategy and big data analytics.
Previously, he was Vice President of Service Delivery with NGA/Alight.
John earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Production Management from Loyola University Chicago.
Vice President Web Development
Joshua Bartel, an experienced IT professional, has been working in the outsourced accounting business specializing in building business intelligence and reporting tools for restaurant operators since 1998. Joshua joined InfoSync in 2006 and has been integral in forming InfoSync’s web products and building the Information Technology Team and IT infrastructure. As Vice President Web Development, he is responsible for setting the product road map and priorities for web development and managing the reporting relationships with Clients. Joshua is responsible for the architecture and development of InfoSync’s RightViewWeb reporting tool.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Joshua was the Director of Business Intelligence for RSM McGladrey, FPO, where he worked to create vendor relationships as it relates to data gathering and Business Intelligence initiatives. Previously, Joshua was Director of Information Management of Business Intelligence at Franchise Services Company.
Joshua earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
Vice President Transitions
Lisa Hoy is an experienced executive with over 35 years of restaurant and financial services experience. Lisa joined InfoSync as Director Transitions in 2011 and was promoted to Vice President in 2015. Lisa is responsible for the project management team that coordinates the on-boarding of all new clients as well as leading certain process and strategic initiatives for the company.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Lisa served as the Accounting Supervisor for Newman Regional Health where she was responsible for managing the accounting department and preparing the financial statements for a 99 bed nonprofit HFAP-accredited county hospital. Lisa has also served in various leadership roles for Accenture BPO Services and previously Franchise Services Company, including Director, Senior Solutions Analyst, and Vice President of Processing. Lisa has also worked as a Senior Process Analyst for Koch Industries. Previously, Lisa worked for Tricon Global Restaurants (now Yum! Brands) as Manager of Process Improvement and then Manager of Accounts Payable. Lisa also worked for Taco Grande in various restaurant operations positions.
Lisa earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University.
Vice President HRO
Tammi Hardin is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of experience in all areas of human resources. Tammi joined InfoSync as Manager of Outsourced HR Services in 2013, was promoted to Director of HRIS and Benefits in 2017, and then to VP HRO in 2019. Tammi is responsible for all of InfoSync’s human resource outsourcing operations, including payroll, human resource information systems, and benefits administration.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Tammi worked as an Implementation Specialist with MedAssets, implementing agency vendor management systems for hospitals across the United States. Prior to working at MedAssets, Tammi worked as the Manager of Compensation and HR Systems for LifeCare Management Services, a large multi-unit long-term acute care facility with hospitals across the United States. While at LifeCare, Tammi was responsible for compensation and pay plans for LifeCare employees and leadership, including facilitating performance management processes and training, as well as managing vendor relationships, over-seeing implementations, and programming of HRIS software and systems. Prior to that, Tammi served in various leadership positions with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and UT Southwestern Health Systems, where her focus was recruiting and onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compensation.
Tammi attended LeTourneau University and is a member of SHRM.
Vice President FAO
Debby Haskell is an experienced financial executive with over 30 years’ experience in the restaurant industry. Debby joined InfoSync as Vice President Operations in 2007. In her role as Vice President FAO, Debby is responsible for teams that provide accounting services for a portfolio of InfoSync clients, tax and license administration services, and distribution operations, as well as coordination of InfoSync’s SOC 1 internal control audits.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Debby was Vice President of Financial Reporting for Accenture BPO Services for three years. Debby was also a co-founder and Vice President of Franchise Services Company. Previously, Debby was manager of Franchise Accounting and other accounting functions at Pizza Hut Inc. Her responsibilities included controller of Eastside Mario’s and managing the franchise accounting services department at Pizza Hut for 300 units.
Debby earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University.
Vice President FAO Shared Services
Crystal Allen is an experienced BPO professional with over 20 years of experience spanning the HR, Accounting, Tax and Payroll functions. Crystal joined InfoSync in operations as Vice President FAO Shared Services in 2022. Crystal oversees accounting services including accounts payable, cash and banking, revenue and taxes for InfoSync clients.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Crystal worked as Director of Payroll Operations within Alight, implementing highly effective solutions to increase profitability, client retention, and employee satisfaction. Prior to Alight, she has held roles with oversight of human resources, payroll, taxation, and accounting functions. Crystals experience spans multiple industries including manufacturing, cloud solutions, healthcare, and Business Process Outsourcing.
Crystal is an avid studier of continuous improvement methodologies including Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma. She attended Southern Illinois University and has SPRH certification.
Vice President FAO Client Services
Keri August joined InfoSync in operations as Senior Controller in 2011 and was promoted to Director in 2017. As Director FAO, Keri oversees outsourced accounting services and overall client relationship for multiple restaurant and senior living clients in the Wichita office.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Keri worked in public accounting as well as in the hospitality and manufacturing industries.
Keri earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Missouri Southern State College.
Vice President FAO
Charlie Debbrecht joined InfoSync in operations as Director Accounting & Senior Controller in 2007. As Managing Director FAO, Charlie oversees outsourced accounting services and overall client relationship for a portfolio of InfoSync clients in the Wichita office ranging from quick serve restaurant franchises to large company-owned brands.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Charlie worked for Accenture BPO Services and Franchise Services Company as a Controller providing outsourced accounting services to restaurant companies.
Charlie earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Wichita State University
Vice President Technology
Mark Roberson is an experienced IT professional with over 30 years in the multi-unit retail and restaurant industries and IT consulting. Mark joined InfoSync as Vice President Technology in 2011. He is responsible for aligning technology with InfoSync’s strategic goals as well as managing and guiding infrastructure and development teams.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Mark worked as a design architect, designing large virtual systems and Microsoft SQL server implementations. Mark has also worked for a large restaurant franchisee as the Information Technology Director, where he implemented a new POS system, as well as a web-based above-store reporting system. Mark has worked overseas as Information Technology Director for Harrods Ltd., replacing the retailer’s non-compliant year 2000 POS and infrastructure. Previously, Mark worked for a large multi-unit retail company developing loan financial software and POS systems.
Mark attended Wichita State University and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft IT Specialist, Microsoft Systems Engineer, and has certifications from VMWare and EMC.
Vice President Sales and Marketing
Brian Ohning is a national corporate sales executive with over a decade of experience in high-level business-to-business sales, negotiations, and consulting. Brian joined InfoSync as Vice President Sales and Marketing in 2020 and is responsible for developing plans and strategies for growing InfoSync’s business and building InfoSync’s sales and marketing team.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Brian worked for a variety of leading companies primarily in the business process outsourcing and financial services industries. In Brian’s sales tenure he has won several awards for his sales productivity and customer service including top national sales executive.
Brian earned a Bachelor’s in Corporate & Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University.
Director HRIS & Benefits
Heather Poorman is a seasoned HR professional with over 26 years of experience in HR and over 20 years of experience with employee benefits. Heather joined InfoSync as Director of HRIS and Benefits in 2022. Heather oversees outsourced benefits administration services and HRIS services and manages multiple client relationships for InfoSync.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Heather worked as an HR manager for Wichita Urology Group, and a Benefits Manager for Sedgwick County. Heather also worked as a Senior Benefits Analyst for Bombardier Learjet, and Benefits Manager at Koch Industries.
Heather earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Baker University.
Virginia attended Wichita State University and is a member of the American Payroll Association.
Virginia Nash joined InfoSync as Payroll Director in 2007. Virginia’s primary role as Director of Payroll Services is to develop, lead and direct the InfoSync payroll team servicing all InfoSync HRO clients.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Virginia was the Director of Payroll for Accenture BPO Services and Franchise Services Company where she had the full responsibility for all payroll and benefit services for their Clients. Virginia has also worked at Pizza Hut Inc., where her responsibilities ranged from a payroll specialist to a management role in the payroll and benefits department.
Virginia attended Wichita State University and is a member of the American Payroll Association.
Senior Tax Director
Luciana Fortune-Bass is an experienced BPO professional with 20 years of experience in the areas of Payroll, Payroll Tax, Tax Registration, HR, Sales & Use Tax, and Corporate Tax. Luciana joined InfoSync in June of 2022 as the Senior Tax Director. Luciana oversees the payroll and sales/use tax services for InfoSync clients.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Luciana worked as a Senior Payroll Operations Manager for Alight, working to streamline process and procedures, improve client engagement, and implement metrics and effective cost-reduction plans through automation. Luciana’s experience spans the non-profit, government, public and private sectors with both union and non-union employees.
Luciana enjoys working on process improvement and growing professionally. Luciana belongs to the American Payroll Association and National Association of Certified Bookkeepers. Luciana attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has a Bookkeeping Certification.
Denise Christian joined InfoSync as Director Human Resources in 2010. Denise is responsible for managing the company’s HR programs, including policies, employee relations, staffing, recruiting, performance management, compensation, and benefit administration.
Prior to joining InfoSync, Denise was Human Resources Director at Accenture BPO Services. Denise was also a co-founder of Franchise Services Company and served as Corporate Controller, overseeing internal financials, accounts payable, payroll, tax, client billing and collection, employee benefits. Previously, Denise was Manager of Corporate Accounting at Pizza Hut Inc. Her responsibilities included accounting for all G&A departments in the corporate office.
Denise earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wichita State University.
